Shaping the World Around (Summer Program)
Our summer program was developed to address many of the concerns and needs of today's youth. The purpose of this camp is to provide interactive outcome driven programming that is designed to meet students where they are, and assist students in gaining skills that will lead to safe and sound life-long practices and behaviors.

JumpStart To Summer Primary
Research shows that students are at risk for losing more than months of what they learned during the summer.Teachers spend between two to six weeks at the beginning of each year re-teaching material that students have forgotten. JumpStart To Summer is a summer preparatory program that prepares primary level students for the upcoming school year. Each student is assessed academically to determine their learning needs. Additionally, students will complete a learning styles survey to determine their learning preferences. Students will then work at their own pace with our online instructors to prepare for the upcoming school year. The staff will use our online learning system, an interactive on-screen whiteboard, on-demand instructional videos and a host of other resources to make your child's summer learning experience fun and exciting. Students will have access to two months of one-on-one instructional services and up to four months of access to all BETC instructional content.

Athletic Success Program
Many athletes struggle to balance the demands of their academics and athletic requirements. Study tables for some athletes are merely homework and fail to prepare students for college entrance exams and students struggle to stay eligible. The Athletic Success Program is an online solution that assists the student athletic in meeting the demands of their academic programming. Students will have access to our online tutors and our content for four months. Students will have the ability to schedule one-on-one instruction, have access to on-demand videos, and prepare for college entrance or high school exit exams.

ACT Preparation Program
Currently, over thirty percent of all students entering state funded public colleges and universities test into developmental studies courses. Meaning that they are not prepared for college level courses. Exams such as the ACT are used to determine college entrance, scholarship offerings, and acceptance into specific programs. The ACT Preparation Program is a four month online instructional program that will prepare the student for the ACT assessment and college entrance.

College Survival Kit

Many students are not only ready academically, but lack the social skills needed to succeed in college and spend valuable time and financial resources trying to identify a major. The College Survival Kit is an extensive online service that works with students to identify a major, deal everyday issues, and prepare for the academic demands of college. Students will access to six months of one-on-one instruction that will allow them to submit papers for review, work through difficult content using our on-screen whiteboard technology, and have access to our on-demand videos.
